Pastel Pants

When in doubt, use alliteration for your title.


A HUGE spring trend, (HATE that term) has been any denim that's not denim. Pastels, prints, and even for the more daring fashion lovers, neons and metallics. I mean, who said denim had to be blue, right? Some major brands jumping on board, (some, making the board for the others to jump on) include J Brand, Citizens, 7FAMK, and my personal favourite, Rag and Bone.

You get the picture. Perfect paired with a black, nude (any neutral) blouse or simple t-shirt either tucked in or left out, these bottoms are the coveted item for spring, and a necessity to add to your wardrobe.

Fak Edmonton. We just got a whole winters dose of snow. I'm talking like 3 feet. However, I'll do this post for everyone out there living anywhere else but here. As you all know, I'm pretty much the biggest shopping...fan...out there. So here's my spring shopping list: (so far.)

-emerald high waisted silk shorts

-yet another cream blazer (I swear this ones different..)

-silk collared tee

-light sweaters for wearing with leggings, over dresses...)

-back to basics! I am in dire need of black t-shirts and all things of that sort!

Why didn't I own a watch before?? I just picked up a vintage-esque double faced black leather with gold hardware piece of beauty on sale at Urban Outfitters, and I'm pretty much in love. Perfect for long work days so I know-down to the second-how many hours left of death I have. I don't even know why I'm so happy about this but I thought I'd share..

Also, it was $10.

P-ewy. Only a mere few inches and I want to die. Sadly, I might have to finish the week out in pants, (tragic, really.) until I get used to these blizzardous temperatures. A few things to add to my fall fashion must haves..


Sweater dresses in the prettiest colours and fabrics possible.


"Wine with everything!" aka anything wine, burnt orange or crimson. Love.


Still rocking the midi length.


An abundance of silk. Everywhere.
